We offer monthly, quarterly, biannual & annual subscription plans that automatically renew unless canceled. Unless you cancel before the end of your first term, your subscription will automatically renew for another term and each term thereafter upon its anniversary at the non-promotional price.
If you would like to cancel, you can do so by visiting your account or by contacting us. Refunds are available upon request for those who are eligible. To be considered for a refund, you must request cancellation within the first 30 days of starting an annual subscription, or within the first 14 days of starting a monthly, quarterly or biannual subscriptions.

Our continuous protection service allows us to ensure you are fully protected from harmful threats & viruses with an uninterrupted service.
We often offer promotional discounts and special introductory offers to new customers during their initial subscription term. These special offers and introductory offers are available to new customers only and are valid for the initial subscription term only.
You will receive an email reminder at least 30 days before your renewal charge takes place, notifying you of the charge date along with any applicable changes.
At the end of each subscription period we will auto-renew your subscription for another term (until you cancel) by charging your payment method on file at the then current regular rate.
The current regular rate for our annual Password Manager is £119 (inc. VAT), which is subject to change, details of which can be found here. If you wish to opt-out of the automatic renewal you can do so within the billing section of your account, alternatively you can speak with our billing department should you require assistance.
